Consuming the right food is vital for your wellbeing. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it's not solely a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss product, it's a superfood too. There's a risk free trial offered at http://jiners.bigweightlossplan.info I have been taking it for two weeks now and it is definately working!!

I feel your pain, I went through this at 13, as well.

I think I ate nothing but soup, Top Ramen, ice cream, and pudding for a week straight. Not a very good diet, but there's not much you can do when you can't chew. If you're worried about getting the right nutrition or not having to eat so much, I would suggest some supplement drinks, like Ensure, that are packed with nutrients. Most are also designed to decreased hunger, which will be a bonus.

Personally, I would just take a short vacation from counting carbs, etc. until you feel better. Just take advantage and eat anything soft you can handle for a week or so.

Good luck, hope you feel better soon!

well im 16 and i've recently got my braces off last year and i was your age when i got them, but the things i usually ate were mushed up bannas (sounds gross but its good), applesauce, yourgurt, pudding, ice cream, and kiwis (usualy when they are soft) and for the pain I took a good dosage of Ibprofen works wonder, oh and if it still hurts put some ice on your mouth or when you take a shower let the water hit your teeth, it feels really nice and it makes your mouth feel better. I hope these suggestions help you, just respond back if you need anymore help :)
    Sincerly,
