It depends on what kind of cancer you think you might have. Stomach cancer: you feel bloated. If your one of your organs hurt in your stomach/ chest area, you might feel tightness pain or something. Jiust look it up on several sites. They have info. Tell your doctor because if you wait, it will spread to your whole body and you probably won't make it. Hope this helps!

7 years ago my dad had a cough that wouldn't go away, he was xrayed and scanned and had lung cancer, he had part of lung removed and recovered, 3 years later he was feeling tired and a bit sick, few days later he was taken to hospital for tests and bowel cancer found, he died 6 weeks later.
Weight loss is also a sign of cancer and obviously for the women changes in their breast can be breast cancer. Blood in the urine can be bladder cancer, blood in the poo can be bowel cancer. You would be better to search the web for Cancer Symptoms

Hmmmm, the basic typical symptoms of any form of cancer are...none. And you can't diagnose yourself.
Cancer "symptoms" don't present until further along in the progression of the disease.Weight loss is not a typical symptom of cancer, unless you are in the final stages, nearing death.
