Good question... the problem with fascicular blocks is that they are a subtle thing to find. They are rare and are often found after whatever caused it has come and gone. Causes are numerous and could range anywhere from an infection to a heart attack and several stops in between. Symptoms would match the symptoms of whatever caused it...if you can figure that out. On the scale of "bad" heart rhythm abnormalities it is not too bad... a complete fascicular block, a bundle branch block, a complete heart block, a mobitz (type 1 or two) type block would all be worse. The effect on the person is dependent on them in all reality it probably wont affect much.
