Get a second opinion - see another doctor.

Try not to drink any fluids within 1-2 hours before bed. Go to the bathroom right before laying down and again if you have trouble sleeping. Avoid sodas or apple anything before bed. Apples make you have to go to the bathroom more. Give this a try. Good luck.

    If all else fails.
Id say about 3 hours before you go to bed dont drink anything and make sure you urinate before you go to sleep.
That seems like a good idea.
Cant pee if you have nothing in your bladder right?

You might out grow it. I know some teenage boys who had this problem and over time it got better then went away all together. My brother has this issue and my Mom had him in adult diapers until she bought him a wetting alarm system that would go off as soon as it felt any signs of moisture. It would set off the alarm wake him up and he would have to get up and go to the bathroom. It was supposed to train him to wake up when he had to pee instead of sleeping through it. It worked pretty good and he was able to learn to not drink anything anytime near bedtime and to wake up if he had to go. But it did take some time for it to start working. Good luck, I know it was embarrassing for him but it wasnt a big deal in the long term. He is a successful man today and laughs at himself about it.
