what can I do in this situation?

    Go to the eye doctor and give them your glasses and ask if they can get your prescription if not just say you want to know your prescription and take the test again.

    It's highly unlikely another frame can be found that your lenses would fit into anyway.

    To change frames , you need new lenses.

    To get new lenses, you need a written prescription .

    In Canada, any optician can copy the prescription from your lenses to make you new ones, but in the US, you need a prescription....
