Seasonal allergies are a common cause for nosebleeds; they can cause your nose to be unusually dry, combined with causing you to have dilated capillaries in your nose due to irritation. People can also have nosebleeds for more serious reasons, like uncontrolled high blood pressure or leukemia. If you aren't sure of the cause, it would be best to consult your doctor.

When a tiny blood vessel breaks in your nose do to dryness, injuries,or nose picking. The little vessel repairs it self quickly ,but if you wanna stop the bleeding sooner pinch your nose and keep your head up.
