What could these be symptoms of?

It started about two weeks ago, with a migraine-like headache (perhaps worse) and general achiness/stiffness in the entire body. Stomach was a little tender but not really any nausea and no vomiting at all. Had no appetite but eating wasn't impossible and seemed to improve symptoms a little. Didn't really have a fever (Normal temperature is 97.8, but has been around 98.8)
Had some hives around forehead, neck and legs. I thought it was either allergies (which is always bad for me in April) or an allergic reaction but I haven't eaten/used anything out of the ordinary lately.
Headache and dizziness got so bad had a CT scan, but results showed nothing abnormal. Started to feel mildly better for a day or two (was still stuck in bed with aches but not as bad) but then started to feel worse again, with flu-like aches but no congestion or sore throat, etc. I'd been eating but still lacked energy, (couldnt really get out of bed or stand) and have some mild lower abdominal cramping but no diarrhea/constipation or anything like that. It's not contagious because no one I live with feels sick, nor did the doctor find anything wrong.
Am feeling a lot better lately so I think it's going away, was just wondering what it might have been.

OMG!!!! SNAP! This happend to me too! I was always wondering, what if it's something bad, but DO NOT WORRY, mine is all gone, and I'm perfectly fine! I always use to feel like vomiting and loose my appetite too! :) I always tried to eat bananas as this made me feel a lot better, so if it happens again eat 1 banana or more, if you want, everyday. :) This is not a disease, i think, because this has happend to me, so dont worry! :)

well given Tanya's answer it sounds like she (and possibly you) have a potassium deficiency. At first blush I thought you could have had werewolfism because that presents with pain in the joints and lethargy and nausea but ravenous hunger a the same time.
