this is long. when my parents go out or go to work or go down the street in a car i think they will get in a car reck and never come home! and when i go to sleep i worry about my family memebers comeing in ma room to kill me sometimes. i worry about something grabing me and pulling me under my bad yes ik i sound crazy. i worry about my parents posining me even though i sorta no they wouldnt do that to me. i always worry about me geting some type of disease or geting sick. im 15 and a girl just to let you know. i cut some times i ushally give my self eraser burns but i havnt done that in awhile. i cut my self like 5 days ago like 6 times on my wrist. i was diagnosed with depression . i have some issues with my family long story short ma parents use to beat me but we fight every day:,(

it sounds like you have had some very dramatic things happen to you as a young child im guessing maybe to do directly with your father! you need some professional help. please go talk to your school counsoler and get into one on one therapy sessions. your still very young and have your whole life ahead of you.

Sounds like paranoia or anxiety.
You should definitely get it checked out by talking to a school counselor, who might be able to refer you to a good therapist or psychologist.
