Could be a stomach flu or caused by something you ate.
Since you have both diarrhea and vomiting, you are at risk to get dehydrated.

Try to slowly sip Sprite or vernors. Try to decarbonate it first by pouring a small amount in a glass and swishing it with a straw or spoon.
Then only take a small sip every 15-20 mins. until the vomiting and diarrhea stops.
If you continue to have these problems for even 2 days, you should see your doctor to make sure you have not become dehydrated (it can be life-threatening).
And of course, if your symtoms worsen or you start feeling light-headed or weak you need to be seen asap.

Could be the flu, a stomach virus or food poisoning. Keep an eye on your fever, drink lots of fluids (gator aid, water or ensure type drinks) and try Imodium AD. If it is not better in 3 days I would go to see a Dr.

It could be any number of things from the flu to food poisoning. I had this a while back and it was really horrible. Your body is very dehydrated now, but might not be able to handle a lot of fluids at one time. It is best to start out slowly by sucking on ice chips. If you are able to handle this, then start by taking several small sips of water, graduating up. If you do not vomit within a few hours, then I would "graduate" up to something to help restore your electrolytes, such as Gatorade or Pedialyte. It is more important to restore your hydration than to eat. When your stomach feels better and you think you are ready to eat, have small pieces of plain toast or crackers, such as saltines. Gradually add foods as you feel like it. For the diarrhea I would take Imodium D. Rest today and by tomorrow I am sure you will be much better.
