What foods and drinks are good for acne and complexion?

    For a healthy complexion, make sure that you eat leafy greens, a variety of colorful vegetables, anything with a high water content and vitamins (fruit, salads). Drink lots of green tea as it cleanses the skin, and make sure that you get plenty of water. Eggs are good for the skin hair and nails due to the high protein content. Fish and nuts are also filled with Omega 3 Fatty Acids which are beneficial to the skin and general appearance.

    I can tell you what's bad... processed foods, especially sugary and high carbohydrate foods. Also watch your saturated fats intake.

    I clean diet may be beneficial to anyone wishing to help cleat their complexion up.

    Also avoid using hand soaps on the face!

    The usual drink 8 glasses of water per day should be adhered to as well.

    Strawberries are particularily good for the skin and so is green tea. The phytonutrients and vitamin c in the strawberries help the skin. Green tea is a powerful antioxidant--however, be careful with green tea--the ones you can buy in the grocery stores aren't really valuable. The best green tea is japanese green tea.
    Eating a variety of colorful fruits means adding phytonutrients to your body, same thing with colorful vegetables. But strawberries are the best. I've even heard a report on the news not too long ago that explained that strawberries are on top of the list...good luck
