I had a genital wart and my doctor "removed" it yesterday, but it still feels like it's there? Is it going to fall off or is it a scar or did they miss the one I was talking about and remove one I wasn't aware of? I'm very confused!
well, if you don't know, don't answer.

1.) It still feels like it's there because your skin is damaged in that spot. It's not going to recover for 7 days or so.

2.) It could scar slightly. Nothing obnoxious.

3.) Warts are tricky to get control of. There is no cure. They can be nearly invisible sometimes. They can and probably will reoccur. Your doctor should advice to come back every 2-3 weeks until he is confident that they are gone. Once gone, he should advice you to get an HPV check every 6 months for the rest of your life.
