What is the Best Teeth Whitening System?

    i've been doing some research and was wondering what people that have actually used different systems think. so what is the best teeth whitening system offered right now?

    The best way to whiten teeth is to go to the dentist. In my office, I use a 2 part system
    Part one is an in office 'power bleach'. We put a tooth whitener on your teeth, activate it with a light, for 15 mins, 3 different times. The whole appointment takes about an hour. (10 mins prep + 3x 15mins whitening + 10 mins cleanup)
    Part two is a take home bleach. Trays are made custom for your mouth. You will then take a syringe with whitening bleach and place a drop onto each tooth in the tray. You should wear the trays for about 30 mins twice a day for 2 weeks. (or until desired effects)
    This is the best way to get the best results. My office charges $500.

    If you want a less expensive method, go with an over the counter method, like white strips. BUT REMEMBER, AS WITH MOST THINGS, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!
    If you want it done right, go to a dentist and get it professionally done.
