    The severity of the prolapse determines the therapy. There are no vitamins that can help. If your doctors haven't recommended a therapy then it's probably not that severe. Your best course of action now is leading a healthy life: balanced diet, exercise (but nothing extreme), no smoking, not too much alcohol. Some studies show that magnesium helps against any symptoms you may be having.
