what is the best way to deal with an ingrain toenail?

    Soak your foot in warm water for 15 minutes. Then, take the nail file that is attatched to your toenail clippers or a metal nail file that comes to a point. Try to get the file under the toenail and push it up. It may hurt but you gotta do it. Then once you get it out, Cut it. In order to avoid them in the future, try to only file the toenail or not cut them too short.
