It could be many things. But don't necessarily assume your sexual partner was a virgin because he said so. That is the oldest lie in the book. It does indeed sound like a herpes infection. I assume you didn't use a condom... bad choice. So now hopefully you will. However if by some chance you did use a condom the likelihood of this being herpes is much less.

herpes..wear a condom! and just like that person that answered, guys will say anything to get some, even if that means saying they're virgins.

  3. In all honesty, this could be anything. I remember getting blisters in those areas (I used to be overweight and my doctor told me they looked like ingrown hairs). Since i have never been sexually active at all and this includes oral (the only thing I have ever done is masturbate), its seemed impossible (unless you could give yourself genital herpes, I do have cold sores, which I doubt could happen), Go to your family doctor ('m assuming your old enough to go without a parent) and ask them to take a swab from the blister (as in from the fluid) an test is for herpes. Don't go all scared yet, this could be anything, really. Anyone can get blisters from regular friction. Also, if this man is telling you he's a virgin, he's is a big liar. Most guys lie about being a virgin (no wait, all guys do), Also, has this guy done oral sex on you? If he has and if was unprotected, go right away and get checked and no sex.

Some people think that if you have any kind of bumps south of the boarder then you have herpes. This is not always the case, it could be some thing besides herpes like a sweat rash or chaffing. There only type of herpes 100 percent virgins could have before having sex is oral herpes or what causes cold sores. Cold sores are contagious and they can be passed from mouth to genitals during oral sex while your partner has a cold sore.
You should also know some people count them selves as "virgins" even after having oral sex or anal sex because they haven't techincally had sexual intercourse. But stds can be passed during oral sex and anal sex if your partner happens to have an std.
If you really want to know you should se a doctor and get tested for herpes.
