i've been crying like crazy for about 2 months now, or just feeling SUPER happy... that how bad it is.its like a huge rollercoaster....

    read this:

it all started january 22nd. i woke up, we were about to go sledding, when i fking went crazy.i could NOT stop crying. it went on for most of the day.then BOOM! back to normal.next day, same. it went over and over for about 5 days, then my mother(i'm a child with divorced parents)went crazy and called the cops saying i was crazy and they busted down the door. boom, even worse. 2-3 weeks later, my brother's girlfriend dies.we were great friends.she was 18.that was this Saturday.im going crazy? or is it as i am told:"Hormones man, just chill."

if it IS hormones, how the FUCK can i get past this!?

It sounds to me like you may have BP issues. 147/90 is not a "not too high" level, it's high enough to medicate.

If you feel pressure in your chest, it could be you're retaining a fair bit of fluid. Change your diet. Stop eating salty foods. Stop eating anything packaged, pre-prepared, processed, frozen, canned, cured, etc. Don't add salt to your food.

Switch to eating raw, fresh foods. Eat from the four food groups.

Get out for walks and fresh air.

Drink a lot more water, you may be dehydrated.

In addition, it could be that you have crystals in your ears or vertigo. It's disorienting but it won't kill you. You would notice it at night when you get into bed the most.

I honestly think you need a checkup and a doctor. Keep monitoring your blood pressure. It should be 120/80. Higher than 135 and you may need to medicate it but try to lower it naturally first.

Find strength in something you believe in. If it's God, then pray. You are at the age where your hormones are going crazy and it is a very rough time in your life. Just keep in mind that many have gone through this before and made it out alive! Crying is ok and is actually very healthy! Just make sure you are not being violent when you are having your down moments! You can also find a creative outlet... music, poetry, painting... something that helps you release the bad feelings you are having. You are a very normal 13 year old boy!

You should begin by talking to your primary care physician. Many people who think there is something "wrong" with them mentally do, in fact, have something unusual with the way their mind functions. It's not wrong; it's just the way it is. Once you talk to your primary care physician, he may recommend you go to a specialist. Sure, treatment, including drugs, may be prescribed but at least you will have a diagnosis or be cleared completely of any condition. That will be a huge relief to you, either to have nothing unusual or to find out precisely what that condition is and how it is to be treated, which may take trial and error. It's better for your parents to know now than to have years of increasing misery until you finally get a diagnosis and treatment.

    Go to a doctor!!!

  9. I would go to the doctor, what you describe sounds like bits of infection or puss. You may have a chronic infection going on somewhere that is causing you to cough the substance up. Good luck.

Sounds like its your lungs or your ribcage hurting. Cold air can cause your lungs to hurt.. it hurts mine. Also you may have a floaty rib that hurts sometimes ( I think most people have a floaty rib on the bottom left hand side of their ribcage) I had one of my ribs dislocate from my sternum a long time ago.. and its healed and everything but that hurts me sometimes too.

you may of had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics the doctor has prescribed for you, you need to contact ur local gp service or hospital and see advice wether you should continue to take the antibiotics. feel better soon

This might be an allergic reaction to the antibiotic. Taking some Benadryl may make this go away. If it does, then the problem is the antibiotic and you should not take any more until you talk with your doctor about your symptoms on Monday. If you develop a rash along with this, then it is the antibiotic causing the problem. The benadryl may need to be taken as directed on the side of the box for the next 72 hours while your body clears the allergic reaction. And, common sense should tell you that if the symptoms get dramatically worse, even with the use of Benadryl regularly, you should seek immediate medical care.

Sound like your simptom exactly how I felt when I had panic attack. Panic attacks are sudden feelings of terror that strike without warning. These episodes can occur at any time, even during sleep. Most people with panic attacks experience several of the following symptoms:

    "Racing" heart
    Feeling weak, faint, or dizzy
Tingling or numbness in the hands and fingers
Sense of terror, of impending doom or death
    Feeling sweaty or having chills
    Chest pains
    Breathing difficulties
    Feeling a loss of control

Seem like you have panic attack but in order to make sure you need to see your doctor to help you feel better also. Panic attack also is one of the symptom not easy to get rid of. I had panic attack over 5 years. My doctor gave me many different medicine and even he gave me Xanax still did not help.

Finally I have found one method that work on me and helped me get rid of panic attack forever. I also have read some good stories about the people who success when used the same method here:

You can chek to know more about your symptom and the method to help you feel better. Your mood also come from this symtom so you need to know mre abut your symptom and findhe right methd to help you feel better.

Sometimes with allergies and sinus infections, there is congestion and inflammation of the upper airways. You may have some inflammation in your nasal passages that are causing it to swell. This can make your nose feel like it is stuffy and you need to blow it....the only thing is that when you blow it nothing comes out and that is because it is swollen and not congested. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory....but check with your doc first to see if it is ok to take it.

P.S. Sometimes sinus infections can linger on for a long time.

Sounds like you have a clear case of depression relapse. It also sounds like you need a different counselor. All of them are unique and it's possible to find one that makes you feel better. You seem to think that you're not entitled to feel bad, but depression is a medical disorder that causes sadness. Just because you think you're spoiled doesn't mean you shouldn't get depressed. You can see your doctor about having your meds adjusted (sometimes you need to be switched to another type or it takes time to regulate the dosage). I am unable to take meds and I use a particular type of journal when I'm having an episode. I write 3 pages of all my worst feelings down in a plain notebook every day. I ask myself what's bothering me, why do I think I feel this way, and what can I do to change my feelings or my circumstances? I answer all those questions on the page and I keep writing until I've finished the three pages every day. This makes you really think about what's bothering you and helps you get it out of you so you're not bottling it up inside. Always remember that a depressive episode is just temporary. These feelings won't last forever. Educate yourself about depression. There are many ways to help yourself.

It sounds like you might have gone septic. See your Physician. Acne is a sign of infection. your body is trying to get rid of it. An infection creates puss, and it's being forced through your skin. This is a good sign. This is my opinion. See your physician.
