You need to see an orthopedic doctor. The problem is that you'll need to first see your GP for original exam and tests (x-rays) so that they can refer you to one. In today's world we all need to do this. It's more money for us but you'll get it back n the long run. Please make an apt. Monday to be seen asap. The sooner you can get in to see them, the quicker you'll get into the orthopedic doctor too.

An orthopedic surgeon's the one to see for bone and joint problems.

It sounds like the ulna is coming out of the socket or rubbing. I suggest you try a less heavy way to develop the forearms.
