What kind of milk can lactose intolerant people drink?

    What kind of milk can lactose intolerant people drink? Soy? Almond Breeze? And what are some alternatives to sour cream and cheese?

    and yes there is soy ice cream

    i don't think there is any alternative to sour cream

    I drink Silk Soy Milk. I actually prefer it better than regular milk. However, I do not have alternative because I do react that badly to other dairy products but just with pure milk.
