What should i do the past 3-4 days i been having upset stomach??

    VERY mild but dissdurbing lower stomach pain.. it goes away after like one hour in the morning..
    but then what i have IBD and GAD and take medication for both.
    i just started GABAPENTIN for like 22 days...any advice please feel free best regards

    Speak to your GP… if it's as bad as it sounds you might get referred to hospital :/ just don't leave it as that's how things get worse. Better safe than sorry:) good luck

    You can be sleeping in such a way that you are getting extra pressure on some spot in your back that is causing it to press on the nerves going to the stomach and that pressure is causing the stomach pains. When you get up the pain goes away because you are no longer putting the pressure on that spot. It's what you might consider a semi pinched muscle, one that isn't fully released so that when it is in certain positions it can cause the problem and when that position is moved from the pain can go away. Here is how you can get that muscle fully released so the pain won't come back:
    Back:
    (do from a sitting position)
    Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
