I'm not sure what I have but every winter I get it for 3-5 months. Basically I get mucus that runs down my throat and I constantly have to drink and swallow and I sometimes have to cough to clear my throat. When I work out, it's a little tough to breath through my nose and I have to constantly blow my nose. Again, this usually lasts 3-5 months each year and is disruptive to my breathing pattern when working out.
What can I do or take to help clear things up?
