If neither of you have an STD, then you can't give STDs to each other even through oral sex.

STD means Sexually Transmitted Disease. If you don't have it in the first place, then you can't transmit it to anyone else.

Bonus answer: if you're immature enough that you even need to ask this question, then you're not ready to have sex, oral or otherwise. Hold off for a while.

Keep an eye out for cold sores, that is the only thing you can have with out having stds. Cold sores are very contagious during an out break and they can be passed from mouth to genitals during oral sex. If you or your partner has a cold sore then don't have oral sex until it's completely gone.
If neither of you have stds or contagious infections that can be passed during sex then you shouldn't have any thing to worry about accept pregnancy. If she isn't on it all ready, your girl friend should think about going on birth control before you have sex or use condoms until she does get on birth control if you two don't want to become parents.
