    This is NOT Paranoid Schizophrenia.

It sounds to me like you have what I have: Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I've had similar worries to the one about the car door. It's nothing to be ashamed of. It would be in your best interest to see a therapist who can guide you through Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. He or she will be able to help you realize the root of your anxieties, and help you to confront them face to face.

You might also ask your doctor about being prescribed an SSRI (Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitor). I take one called Lexapro, and it takes just enough of the edge off of the anxiety for me to confront my worries.

Right now, whatever you do, don't avoid anything that makes you nervous. It may seem like it is helping you by making it so that you don't feel the worry, but in the long run, it will only make it harder for you to overcome. You need to recognize that the things you worry about are unlikely, and try to "ride the anxiety out" without running from it.

You're not crazy, you just have a biological predisposition towards worry. When you feel anxious about something, just breathe in deeply through your nose, hold it for a few seconds, and then it out, and tell yourself that everything is okay. It sounds so cliched, I know, but TRUST ME. It works.

I know where you're coming from, and I recognize that it's not easy, and that most people probably don't take you seriously. There are plenty of online support forums if you're interested.

I wish you the best of luck. :)

Sounds like you have some kind of anxiety disorder. You can google around for coping methods, and if what you find doesn't help, see a professional who's experienced in helping people change their negative thought patterns.

Not sure where you live, but perhaps you're suffering from the winter doldrums. Lots of people get sad during dark winter days and things improve when Spring arrives.
We all go through our "moody" times. Why not listen to uplifting music for a change. You seem to be getting enough sleep. I think things will improve for you. Quite likely lots of people your age go through what you're experiencing now, but they just don't talk about it.

Best of luck. You sound as if you've got your head screwed on the right way!

Sounds like it could be bronchitis, but if it doesn't get better in another couple days, you might want to go to the dr., for sure if it gets worse, and running may make it worse; I had a bad cold years ago and was running track and field and didn't stop, it turned into mono for months and then into bronchitis and I was coughing so bad, I popped a rib out of my sternum.

My first impression was that is was a sinus infection too. Sinus infections can last months if not treated. Did your Dr. give you anything for it?

If it is a sinus infection, a lot of people find that a neti pot (google 'neti pot) helps them and prevents them too.

Are you depressed? Are you really stressed out about something? Worried about something? This could be making you unable to sleep and unable to eat sometimes. It could be tying your stomach up in knots and not letting you eat. i would examine whats going on in my life and see if something is bothering me, also you stated that you don't like to ask for help. Is there something that you need help with but are unwilling to ask your friends or your parents to listen and or help you with it? Good luck
