YOU NEED TO GO TO A DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY.
YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN, THIS IS SERIOUS SHIT.

How often does it happen? Every single time you do those movements, or just every once in a while? And how long does the pain last?

It could be something in your digestive system - the large intestine squeezing in between your muscles and bulging out. It could also be a hernia.

If you're having level 8-9 pain (on a scale of 10) definitely see your doctor about it. There could be something going on and your body's trying to tell you something!

If you can reproduce it, your doctor will likely ask you to do so. This is very helpful, even though it might hurt. I had severe abdominal pain when I stretched my abs weird (like putting on shoes or standing up too fast after scrunching my midsection) but couldn't reproduce it, so I got no answers :(

Also, see if there are any patterns in what you eat and when the pain happens. Does it happen after you eat big meals? A few hours after big meals? After you eat very fatty meals?

Hope that helps! Best of luck!
