I am having periods after 2 months now. I also had sex some times this month, however I am on pills so there was no question of pregnancy. (Also had pregnancy test due to delayed periods, but the test was negative.)
However, today (on 3rd day of my MC), I had severe tummy-ache followed by discharge of an egg-size white lump. I am scared as I have never seen this before.
Can it be just a lump of mucus and other dirt which is flushed out after 2 months, or can it be a fetus?

Could be signs of endometriosis and the body is trying to shed the thicker lining of the uterus. Have your doctor order an ultrasound both abdominal and vaginal. This would also cause the pain and heavier than normal periods.
