PLEASE HELP ME!!! :) (oh and i do admit, i have some lazy days lol..)

technically, you usually don't see results until 2-3 months in. and also, your legs will probably even get bigger before they actually slim down/tone up... but that is totally normal. when i lived abroad, i literally worked out 6 days a week and ate protein bars, fruit, veggies, and oatmeal... I ate little meals about 5 times a day - which is the best. but i didn't see real, full results until about 2 1/2 months into this regimen. I was still losing here and there and slightly toning up, but the real results showed later. So don't give up. Just continue to work out and eat right. Also, remember that you have to keep your heart rate up for about 30 mins for cardio to work... maybe try to do the elliptical for about 40-45 rather than 25-30. And if you add strength training, you'll lose more faster... since building muscles burns fat faster and longer than just doing cardio (running, walking, etc.).
hope that helps. good luck to you (and oh, you can have some lazy days without feeling guilty... just don't have one too many. lol)

First of all, I don't know what kind of machine you bought. $180 seems awfully inexpensive. was it a used machine? The lower end of any good elliptical is about 800 dollars.

Second, for good fat burning you need to extend your workout longer than 25-30 minutes. It actually takes about 20 minutes of continuous exercise before your body starts to burn fat. If you are going for 25 minutes, then you are only burning fat for about 5 minutes of that time. If you are getting too tired to go farther than that, then lower your intensity to the point that you can go steady for 45 minutes to an hour. As long as you get your heart rate up to about 150 beats per minute or more, you will hit the fat burning stage.
