Why do I Catch Cold very Often? How to cure myself?

I get my head numb, running nose, headache, water in my eyes..I do have dust allergy too

I get what you have too. Sometimes I think I'm sick and other times I think I have allergies. If you can tell the two apart then that will definitely help you more. If it's an allergy thing I recommend using benadryl or claritin (unless you know of something better). Now if you are constantly sick then I suggest maybe drinking tea and eating healthier foods. Tea is full of anti-oxidant's that can help clean out the body and strengthen the immune system. If you aren't a fan of tea then maybe take some vitamins every so often. Anyway, just think about your diet and what stuff surrounds you and maybe you might see there is something that needs changing. Best of luck.

u must consult a doctor for the dust allergy. but u can get rid of cold urself. but i must know whether u like icecreams and chocolates. if u have those habits u ll get all those probs u ve listed above. but i m not saying to stop eating icecreams and chocolates. just u ve to do is to drink warm water after eating these. or else if u ve constant cold widout having these habits, u must consult a doctor.
