I've just recently woke up from bed but however when I did my right elbow had hurt a lot.and my collarboone also hurts a little along with the right side of my neck. It stopped hurting a little once I tied my arm with a shirt as if it were broken. However why does it hurt? I really don't think it's because of my exercise. Since I do it correctly and I haven't been to the gym for 2 days so it be absurdity if it hurts now. Should I have an x-ray or give it another day or so.thanks

You say the pain is also in your neck, then that is the problem. Your neck muscles are tight and in getting tight they ended up pressing on the nerve for your arm which made it hurt. Once you release those muscles these pains should be gone. Here is how to release them:
    Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. After 45 seconds, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
With your neck in the lowered position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your head but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly lift your head until it’s level again, release the pressure but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds.
The exercise you did may have been the finishing touch for something that was already happening in your arm, muscles and how they react are different. Once you get them released you shouldn't have to worry about this happening again, at least for a while, until some thing else happens to your muscles first.
