why does my neck crack?

    eww... go see a doc because you need a lot of calcium.... your bones are probably breaking apart in there.

    my neck has been cracking a few times a day. Is that normal. And does any ones head make a grinding noise when they move there head or neck?

    Hi Terry. These types of symptoms are fairly common. They usually indicate a biomechanical imbalance in the cervical spine. It might be wise to have a thorough evaluation by your family Chiropractor.

    this occurs usually due to nerve interference from misaligned upper neck vertebrae causing muscle imbalance which overstresses the joints. see an hio method chiropractor.
