Why I Always Have a headache When I At School ??!!?

    the teacher talks to much and the class it too boring and everyone just wont be quiet

    Could be a lot of things...poor appetite, bright lights or vision problems-straining to focus your eyes can cause headaches. I would go get your eyes checked, first thing...you may need glasses.

    The First Class : i'm fine !!
    The Second Class : I Have a little headache !!
    The Third Class : Awwwwww I Can't Listen To The Teacher Anymore !!

    Well, depends how old you are. I'm assuming HS or college. I would say, first, check your nutrition and exercise. Are you getting up between classes and walking around? Are you eating a nutritious breakfast? Are you eating snacks that aren't white flour and sugar? Something like protein and complex carbs (whole wheat, etc.) Also, what time are your classes? Is your third class during a time of day you usually get tired? Are you getting enough sleep at night? Are you craning your neck during class? Do you need glasses (I ask this one because you can get headaches from not seeing right and trying to focus on words). Some ideas for you.
