While standing, you normally have a certain amount of blood which builds up in your veins, especially in your lower limbs. When laying down, gravity causes all of this blood to return to your heart, which normally raises your blood pressure by causing the heart to pump out more blood than normal.

In your case, you are actually having a drop in blood pressure when lying down, when it should go up slightly. However, a slight drop in reading of 5 points is nothing to be concerned with. Blood pressure varies by up to 10 points at any given time, and can also vary depending on the accuracy of the method used to measure it. If you are otherwise healthy with no signs of heart problems such as chest pain, breathlessness, fatigue, swelling in your ankles, etc., then you should not be concerned with it.
