Why is it so much harder to eat healthy as the day goes on?

    I'm a healthy person! I love to eat though. I'm 5'7 and 130 lbs.
    I walk up to 100 minutes a day on my 40% incline treadmill and light weight training every other day so I can be sure to not gain weight from how much I eat.
