If she calls me on my cell phone, I get irritated immediately. If she tries to talk to me I get irritated immediately. What's up with that?

why is there so much tension with me and my mother? If I hear her voice or presence I get irritated.

hi im mike first if u live with her then this maybe hard but try going to a park or somewhere outdoors alone with no one ok and get some peace turn ur phone off yes i said it turn it off and just relax for a hour or two try to find a place away from anyone and just breathe deep and let ur mind clear and if u want scream as loud as u can a few times if u want while ur there tho or people may think ur crazy lol after that sit back and chill after turn ur phone back on go home and tell her u just had to get out or tell her u need sum me time and u will call her back or just tell her u need a break from her but that might hurt her feelings these are just sum ideas for u i hope it helps

There could be something that she needs to say "sorry" for. It's hard to respect someone and be close if they have done something that hurts you and not try rectify it or at least acknowledge it.
