Im getting all four wisdom teeth pulled on Tuesday. All of them are pretty much all the way in, so they'd pull them, right? They shouldnt have to cut...and they'll heal faster?
Also, any general tips on what to eat, etc and how long until it'll be bearable? And how much pain? I just got out of school and want to waist as little time moping inside!
Thanks!
And no, mine dont hurt, or bother me at all. I use them frequently when I chew, and what not. I hate that theyre getting pulled. My dentist claims they'll shift my teeth, but I had braces on my wisdom teeth, so I dont really see how.

Wisdom teeth getting pulled.?

I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. mine were impacted so they had to do surgery instead of just pulling them. I did vomit once but that was a reaction to the IV drip that they had just inserted during the operation as well as my fear of needles. however during the recovery period this is my advice to you.
if you can avoid the painkillers entirely they just make it worse when they wear off.
don't go swimming
as soon as you can bear it chew mint flavored gum or if you don't like mint pick a different flavor but the gum really helps (sugar free at first until you can brush your teeth effectively.)
this last one is done before the operation but I believe helped the most. the week before you get them pulled.
avoid all sugar
eat lots of fruit
and take plenty of vitamins to prepare your immune system.the sugar is the most important because it acts like a toxin in your body and your body will heal a lot faster if it doesn't have to remove excess toxins.
