wtf is wrong with my leg?

    yes you are overworking your legs. I am also a runner 200 m, 100 m and 4*100 m runner, I suggest that you take at least a week off from your activities but keep doing your daily stretches. You also need to go to a doctor to have it checked out it could also be something serious not related to your activities at all. All the best!!!

    sounds like you're overworking it, or, you're not getting enough potassium. Like you're getting a cramp in it, just relax your legs more often and get a little extra potassium.

    charlie horse really are painful. you shouldn't have to go to a doctor though.

    It's just a cramp. You need to find the best position of comfort so that you won't keep cramping up.
    Also, you should try giving your legs a break. That would help.

    And you should've seen the doctor before the Internet. Amazing how everyone seems to think that the Internet will solve their health problems before a doctor would.
